We had a small leak, in a small crawl space. I was able to get my wife in the crawl space to close the valve. But she wasn’t comfortable fixing it, and I am too big. Enter Jim! He came in, crawled right in there, and in less than an hour, had replaced the saddle valve with a tee. The customer service was excellent. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
