   Tom,
   Mark Spielman. I bought a navien npe-240a-ng tankless water heater for the house I have in Arizona and looking online the price $1,588. The company charged me 4,000.00 total and put in two manifolds but no pump. We are still waiting 15 minutes to get hot water in the bathrooms (pretty far back) in the house. Since I know you our do this right. Is this the correct unit for a 2,400 sq. ft. house and is the price with labor ok? Plus they came back out and removed the manifolds and I can’t get an answer on what they suggest to get the hot water quicker. What is your opinion on what I paid and what would you do if you were me going forward?
